Privacy Policy
Effective date: 1 May 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how niicee ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data in connection with our website and services. Our services are strictly B2B — we process personal data of business contacts only, not individual consumers.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is the niicee entity identified on your proposal or invoice. Full company details are available on our Legal Notice page.
2. What We Collect
We collect only the personal data necessary to operate our business — typically name, business email address, phone number, job title, and company name. This data is provided directly by you when scheduling a call, communicating with us by email, or entering into an engagement.
3. How We Use It
We use your data to respond to enquiries, schedule and conduct meetings, prepare proposals and deliver services, manage our client relationships, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or sell it to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Cal.com for appointment scheduling and HubSpot as our CRM. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection law. We do not grant them permission to use your data for their own purposes.
All fonts used on this website are self-hosted. No data is transmitted to external font providers.
5. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Third-party tools embedded on the site (such as the Cal.com booking widget) may set functional cookies required for their operation.
6. Analytics
We use Umami for privacy-friendly website analytics. Umami collects anonymised data including pages visited, referrer, browser type, device type, and country derived from a hashed IP address. No cookies are set, no personal data is stored, and no data is shared with third parties. For more information, see umami.is/privacy.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to comply with applicable legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict how we process it. EU/EEA residents have rights under the GDPR. UAE residents have rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. To exercise any right, contact us at hello@niicee.com.
9. International Transfers
Some of our third-party processors may store or process data outside your country. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable law.
10. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
11. Children
Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
12. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
